By Priyanka Mogul Feb 2, 2015

A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of flashing women near Kingston University’s halls of residence.

Detectives investigating the series of reports about a serial flasher have confirmed that a man was arrested on Saturday, January 31. He is on bail to a west London police station until early March.

Last month KU students were warned to be aware of a man exposing himself near halls of residence and advised to be “extra vigilant” when walking home after dark.

Since December at least five incidents were reported of a flasher near Clayhill. It is believed that that all incidents involved the same man, described as tall, white and dressed in black.
