Both men deny the charges and will remain in custody until further notice.

Mr Sanderson, 20, from Southhall, died on October 25 on his way to hospital after a single stab wound to his chest. The stabbing took place at the popular night ‘Fuzzy Logic’ at 3.30am in Kingston’s Oceana nightclub.

Fight

The court heard that Mr Sanderson was involved in a fight in Kingston’s busiest nightclub, which was packed with 1,700 people, many of them students.

Since the incident, Oceana has had its license revoked for 14 days by the council while the police continue their investigation.

Milne and Francis will next appear at the Old Bailey on December 7.
