If you are a final year undergraduate, it is almost time to prepare for graduation. Luckily, KU has set up ’Operation Graduation’, an information roadshow that will equip you with everything you need in time for the big day.

During the roadshow, you will be able to find out exactly when you will be graduating, details regarding tickets, help with further visa support if needed, and a glance at the gown in case you still don’t know what it looks like.

“In the graduation roadshow, we give students information they will need to know about their graduation ceremonies,” said Grace Smithen, Graduations and Events Assistant.

“We also run competitions on the roadshow and online competitions where students have the opportunity to win things for their graduation, such as their gown.”

The graduation team will be at Penrhyn Road’s main reception on Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 March from 11am to 3pm, and at the Knights Park reception area on Tuesday 15 March from noon to 2 pm.

They will be at Kingston Hill in both the Business School Atrium and the LRC on Wednesday 16 March from 11am to 3pm, as well as the Business School Atrium on Friday 18 March from 11am to 3pm.

Roehampton Vale undergrads will get a chance to chat with the graduation team on Thursday 17 March from noon to 2 pm in the café.
