Tributes pour in for stabbing victim

Just hours after a twenty-year-old man died after being stabbed at a night club, tributes poured in on social media.

Tributes for the twenty-year-old stabbing victim, Jamie Sanderson, who suffered stab wounds in Kingston’s night club Oceana Thursday morning, poured in on social media like Twitter and Facebook.

A Facebook page, which has reached more than 1100 likes, called R.I.P Jamie AKA Bullet. 

One comment read: “His last words last night was ‘I’m off tag finally now it is time to enjoy life and freedom’ followed by ‘Get me a drink’ which I did. Take care Rest in peace Jamie may you forever have your freedom now and justice will be served.” 

Toni Amelia Bates wrote on the tribute page: “R.I.P Jamie Gonnaa Miss youu ♥” [Sic].

 Another tribute by Fay Pikey Manto said: “Rip angel u didn’t deserve to die I hope your family get justice sleep tight handsom xx.” [Sic]

On Twitter, trends like #Oceana, #RIPBullet and #Kingston appeared. Some of the many messages tributed to Jamie Sanderson read:
