Have no idea on what to do this weekend? There is no need to worry as we have prepared a varied list of events taking place this weekend that you are sure to enjoy. 

Rose Theatre Kingston  

The world premiere of Colin Teevan’s The Seven Pomegranate Seeds will take place at the Rose Theatre on November 13. This play is about seven different stories which all stem from mythical origin. Ticket prices start from £10 and the play is 80 minutes without intervals.

Tate Britain

Visiting exhibitions is always a good choice and there are four free displays on at Tate Britain. You can walk through a history of British art and explore artworks from 1545 to the present day.

You also have the chance to see 30 works from sculptor Henry Moore, the world’s biggest display of paintings by J.W.W. Turner and Mark Rothko’s seagram murals. You can also visit Spotlights, a series of regularly changing in-depth displays on specific artists or themes.

Hollie Harding: Feral

Enjoy the multimedia concert, FERAL, where you can explore the complex relationship between humans, sounds and ecology. In this interplay, musical instruments are combined with natural environmental sounds. Overall, this piece covers themes of rewilding, ecological crisis and human connection with the environment. The concert will take place in LSO St Luke’s, near Old Street tube station, on November 13 at 19:30. Ticket for this event cost £8. 

Gimme More – the nonstop Britney Spears club night

She is a legend, she is an icon, she is arugably the most popular pop-princess. The #FREEBRITNEY freedom party will be taking place on November 12 and there is no better way to spend your Friday night than this amazing chance to listen to all of your favourite Spears’ songs all night long. The party starts at 22:30 in Colours near Hoxton station and tickets will cost you £12. 

Introduction to coffee

If you love coffee and would like to find out everything about it, you should go to the introduction to coffee course at Artisan Coffee School. This experience will be insightful for all, from coffee enthusiasts to professionals. The session takes place on November 13 at 9:30, and lasts four hours with ticket prices starting from £75.
