Spooky season is here and so is the perfect excuse to have a break and celebrate. From thrilling cocktail brunches in central to autumnal pumpkin patches we have gathered a list of affordable events worth the TFL costs for you to book this month.

Witch Perfect

The hysterical live-singing comedy parody based on everyone’s favourite Halloween film Hocus Pocus is coming to Clapham Grand this month. Emmy-winning stars from RuPaul’s Drag Race Tina Turner, Scarlet Envy and Alexis Michelle will have you in fits of laughter as they tell you the classic story of the Sanderson Sisters with a twist.

London Cocktail Club’s Purge Brunch

The infamous cocktail club with an extensive menu is set to come alive with live music, masked singers and scare actors this Halloween. The brunch will consist of 90 minutes of bottomless booze from a good selection of signature cocktails and a brunch meal. Each guest will also be given a rule for the afternoon and hosts will be watching your every move… enter if you dare…

Rivoli Pop-Up Cinema

The travelling pop-up cinema will bring a range of cult-classic Halloween movies to Rivoli Ballroom this month. Favourites such as Casper, Ghostbusters, Hocus Pocus and The Shining will be screened, and tickets start at just £7 making for the perfect affordable Halloween half-term activity. 

Halloween at Crockford Bridge Farm

Pumpkin picking will be available from Crockford’s grand patch until 15 October, from then onwards pre-harvested pumpkins will be available to buy. From 20-29 October the signature Pumpkin Festival will be in full swing with varied performers including jugglers, mines, stilt walkers and more, as well as fancy dress competitions, pumpkin carving, vintage games and pop-up street food vendors.

Pumpkin Parade

Head to this Esher-based farm for a magical fall experience pumpkin-picking along a decorated trail. Entry is only £3 per person for a fun and cheap activity this season. A range of different displays and decorations is also sure to make for an Insta-worthy autumnal photoshoot.
