From mulled wine to PJ parties, tis the season to be merry and to help you do that, here are our top picks for the most festive events this season.

Kingston Christmas Market

Ancient Marketplace (KT1 1JS)

16 Nov to 31 Dec -10am to 10pm

Get into the festive spirit at Kingston Christmas Market, one of the most magical Christmas markets in London. Wander around under twinkling fairy lights, enjoy a mug of mulled wine and choose from an assortment of delicious food to get you in the Christmas spirit. 

Christmas Charity Wrap

The Spring Grove, 13 Bloomfield Rd, Kingston, KT1 2SF

13 Dec – 6pm to 9pm

It’s the giving as well as the receiving, so do your part by helping volunteers to wrap donations from the local community for Refugee Action Kingston to distribute.

The Rose Theatre’s Christmas Snowball

Rose Theatre, 24-26 High St, Kingston, KT1 1HL

18 Dec -7.30pm to 9.30pm

Experience an evening of harmony, Christmas cheer, festive favourites, and music to warm the wintriest of nights. The Rose Christmas Snowball, showcasing seven of the boroughs best amateur music groups, all produced by Choir Director, Mary Bourne. Tickets cost £22.

The Queens Head’s Christmas spectacular

The Queens Head, Kingston, 144 Richmond Rd, Kingston, KT2 5HA

19 Dec – 7.30pm to 9.30pm

Expect an amazing night with four professional opera singers and one fantastic pianist, as they reflect on the true meaning of Christmas. Its due to be a magical night, a mixture of carols and old favourites interspersed with operatic classics. Tickets cost £18.

PRYZM events- XMAS PJ PARTY! and Discobility Xmas party

PRYZM Kingston, 154 Clarence St, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1QP

6 and 19 Dec – 7pm to 11pm

PRYZM Kingston are holding not one but two Christmas events this year, a Christmas PJ party on December 6 (tickets from £3) and an inclusive club night for adults with disabilities in their main room, on December 19 (tickets £5)
